FRP/GRP Fiberglass Grating Manufacturing Process:

1. Mix raw materials: Resin, fiberglass fiber yarn, calcium powder filling, color paste, reagents, etc., are mixed together for 20 minutes.
2. Pour onto mold: The mixed materials are poured onto a mold designed for FRP grating.
3. Layer yarn: Alkali-free yarn is added layer by layer for increased strength.
4. Mold compression: The materials are compacted in the mold using mechanical or manual methods.
5. Heat cure: The grating is heated for 20 minutes to fuse the materials together.
6. Cool, demold, lift: After cooling for 10 minutes, the grating is removed from the mold.
7. Finish: The FRP grating is polished, painted, and washed with varnish or water.
