1. Raw material stirring: Resin, fiberglass fiber yarn, calcium powder filling, color paste, and reagents are mixed thoroughly.
2. Pouring: The mixed raw materials are poured into the corresponding mold machine for FRP grating.
3. Yarn layering: Alkali-free yarn is layered to enhance grating strength.
4. Compression molding: The raw materials are compacted mechanically or manually in the mold.
5. Heat curing: The grating is heated, fusing the materials and yarn together.
6. Cooling demolding: After cooling for 10 minutes, the semi-finished grating is demolded and lifted.
