Molded grating process:

FRP grating, also known as fiberglass reinforced plastic grating, is manufactured by laying continuous glass fibers in the mold in the direction of vertical and horizontal, and thoroughly wetted out with resin, layer by layer. This process creates a strong and durable panel that offers excellent corrosion resistance and bi-directional strength. After the weaving process is completed, the panel is cured by heating it in the mold. Once cured, the panel is ejected from the mold and is ready for use. FRP grating is available in various types, including pultruded fiberglass grating, grp grid flooring, and mini mesh grating. These different types offer specific features and benefits, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
