    Size of FRP grating

    1. Stirring raw materials: Resin, fiberglass fiber yarn, calcium powder filling, color paste, reagents, etc., are mixed in proper proportions and stirred for 20 minutes.
    2. Pouring material: The mixed raw materials are poured onto the mold machine designed for FRP grating.
    3. Draw yarn: Layers of alkali-free yarn are added to enhance the strength of the FRP grating.
    4. Compression mold: The prepared raw materials are poured into the mold and compacted either mechanically or manually.
    5. Heat curing: The grating is heated for 20 minutes, allowing the raw materials and yarn to fuse together.
    6. Cooling, demoulding, and mold lifting: After completion, the grating is cooled for 10 minutes, demolded, and the mold is lifted, resulting in a semi-finished grating.
    7. Grinding, painting, and washing: The FRP grating undergoes polishing, painting, and washing processes, such as applying a layer of varnish or water.
