Reflective breathable nonwoven membrane has excellent performance at water resistance high vapor permeability, good performance at UV resistance and good tensile and tearing, made by 100% recycle material.The new function is aluminizing surface is reflective to uv ray and thermo radiation.

Water tightness of reflective nonwoven breathable membrane: thanks to the prominent waterproof performance, reflective breathable nonwoven membrane can wrap building tightly, protect the building from corrosion of water vapor and ran, guarantee good insulation performance and well durability of building enable the building to be more energy conservation and environmental protection. 
Permeability of reflective breathable membrane: breathable nonwoven paves outside of the insulation system, enable the water vapor inside the insulation system to exhaust, solve the condensation problem, protect the insulation system.
Reduce construction cost: Kedebon breathable nonwoven membrane can protect the insulation system, saving the fine concrete or the film waterproofing materials which regularly paved on top of insulation system so that to reduce the construction cost.

Producing Process:

From making spunbond fabric,to membrane lamination,to logo printing and to rolls cutting,using our own machines! Lower production cost and control quality .Flow line production enable us to produce out one container quantity in two days only! Maximum production capacity is 60000m2 per day.

Raw material:

Raw material: 100% top virgin grade polypropylene! The PP spunbond nonwoven is made of 100% polypropylene, and the breathable film inside is also made of polyethylene, added with our special breather pigment, which is made by ourselves!!

Printing and Slitting:

As a OEM factory, we would like to make customer's logo on the breathable membrane. Our company now have 3 printing lines,  two of which are silk-screen printing. The silk-screen printing makes the logo very clear, any kind of color is acceptable; the shortcoming is the low speed of production, higher cost. and only one color logo is available.

Packing and Delivery:

Packing: Normally is free PE wrap, with two inches paper core inside. Our new shrink film packing machine will be added by the end of this year.  Free loading and pallet packing loading are both OK. Customer specialized label is available.
