Raw materials: Many consumers are not clear about the selection of raw materials for FRP gratings. The main raw materials of FRP grating are resin and FRP fiber. The filler is calcium powder, and it is generally configured at a ratio of about 1:1:1.

A good resin is generally unsaturated ortho-phthalic resin 196, and the FRP grating made of this resin is generally smoother. If you use inferior resin, the product will be turbid and porous, the most important thing is that it is easy to break, the strength is poor, and the toughness is not good.

Another is the comparison of finished products: from the appearance of a good FRP grille, there are no obvious cracks, the pores are very sandy, the color is relatively pure, and the service life is relatively long. However, inferior products have obvious cracks in the appearance, many pores, poor color, and of course the life span is shorter.
